Is the Stainpaddle reusable?
The StainPaddle applicator is very durable and can be used for multiple applications. It is very effective when cleaned like a brush or roller between uses.
Can you use Stainpaddle for oil/latex stains and paints?
The StainPaddle works excellently with oil and latex stains and paints.
How do you use the Stainpaddle, and does it replace a brush?
The Stainpaddle was designed to complement brush and spray applications. You will still need a brush to cut in on certain areas along the house.
How do you use a Stainpaddle?
There are a multitude of ways to use and to get product onto the Stainpaddle. If using like a brush you can “load paddle” by dunking a single or several brush loads of product onto the applicator. This is recommended for beginning users when first starting out or when targeting specific areas that require a specific amount of stain to complete task. You can load one or both sides of the paddle depending on the task and comfort or skill level. You can also use a one-gal paint screen or by dragging the Stainpaddle applicator over the rim of the can to squeegee excess material. When using a pump or airless sprayer the user can also spray directly onto the applicator.
What does the Stainpaddle excel on
Hard to reach area on decks, fences, lattice, wood swing set. Works vertically, horizontally and inverted to get under rails and other difficult to reach areas. No other applicator is speedier for completing wood spindles.
